¿El o los campos? Tipología de explotaciones agropecuarias arroceras de la Provincia de Corrientes en la Argentina

Abstract
The agroindustries are presented like one of the most dynamic sectors for the growth of the production and of the volume of the manpower of the county of Corrientes in argentina. of all the agroindustries that work in that county, the establishments dedicated to the cultivation and drying (pre-industrial phase) of the rice have been chosen for our objective, as long as it is an own activity whose impact trascends the primary phase given the high grade of vertical integration of the activity. The objective of the investigation that gives origin to this study is to know, in a wide sense, one of the dimensions of the productivity in the sector: the productive and the employment structure in the primary sector, as long as we understand that the same one constitutes a fundamental element in the levels of productivity reached by the heterogeneous members of the agroindustrial Complex.
