La economía y el ambiente. Ortodoxias y heterodoxias para la aplicación al territorio

Abstract
The purpose of this work is to discuss the main visions in the debate about the treatment that economy should give to environment impact. This topic is related to the discussion about development, and the relation between territory and development. Furthermore, it goes along the problematic of the economic geography and regional, in subjects like regional planning or the environmental impact analyzes –mainly in territories with a strong influence of natural resources exploitation–. We analyze the way of including in the classic economic basis, recognizing its principles and using its instruments. After that, we analyze the ecologic economy from the Georgescu-Roegen’s paper at 1971, the first work which intends to include in the economic reasoning the irreversibility laws of process, though out of the neoclassical vision. Out of these positions, we have other visions that analyze the relation between the environment and development, that keep the centreperiphery concept or assume the needed of build anti-hegemonic speeches, and frame the environment topic in this logical: on one side, it mentions the Marxism position and the contribution of the post-colonialism –the last, fundamental because of the importance that assigns to the needed of retrain the environmental perspective from identities and territory. The conclusions set out the challenge of reintroduce this kind of point of views that put a limit to the use of the environmental economy tools and some propositions of the neoinstitutionalism of the ecological economy.
