Abstract
This paper presents a characterization of forms of regulating conduct and activities in a public employment context. It is interested in forms of government, that is, driving behaviors, by the way they were, from psychological to physical, through which it is possible a particular organization and form of participation in a workplace. It also analyzes the ways in which workers at different ranges understand and reflect on it, adapting his life experience – their life as workers– to determined forms of work participation and organization.
