Abstract
Labour practices in companies and internships set up, in recent decades, one of the strategies promoted from social-labour programs to improve the access of young people to occupations within the formal sector of the economy.
In this work, we carry out a discussion on the scope and characteristics of this type of intervention, focusing on the characteristics analysis that assumes the participation of the business sector. In the text, after making a brief review of the state of the art on the subject, introducing the progress of a study in which we analyze the first results of a program that is currently deployed in the city of Resistencia (Chaco Province) and includes such actions. In addition to identifying the theoretical conceptual axes that orient the proposal and its main components, we try to characterize the profile of those organizations that joined in the proposal, the reasons which guided this decision and some of their practices, as one of the central actors of the program.
