Abstract

The article focusses on the analysis of the Participative Budget program developed in the city of Corrientes during 2010, 2011, 2012. The emphasis is set in the study of the limitations and possibilities that this tool has in order to promote participation, citizenship and inclusion. In this sense, we orientate to the examination of the interpellations constructed in the frame of local State and society relationship.
