La encuesta argentina sobre riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo. Su aplicación en la Subdirección de Enfermería de un hospital de la ciudad de Corrientes, Argentina

Abstract
The topic of the psychosocial risks at Work (rPst) appears every time with major intensity when epidemiological studies are realized and surveys at the employers and workers. Recent works of m. Gollac, T. Coutrot, C. Dejours has emphasized the impact on the psychic and mental health of the workers due to the suffering that the above mentioned factors provoke.
In this communication we present the operational advances tending to the adjustment of the questionnaire that is the principal instrument of the report of the information about the investigation. The survey was applied by presently way to the workers of the different organizations, public and private situated in the northeast of Argentina. The questionnaire is organized in eight sections that they comprehend: the identification, the following six axes and finally, the information sociodemographic of the interviewed one.
- Axis 1: Quantity and intensity of the activity, duration and configuration of the time of work
- Axis 2: Emotional work - control of the emotions
- Axis 3: autonomy, scope for maneuver
- Axis 4: the social relations at work
- Axis 5: the ethical conflicts and of values
- Axis 6: the insecurity and instability in the labor situation
The theoretical and methodological frame contemplates the description of the available information related to the compilation of the information, the sample selected design and the later statistical analysis. After a meticulous consistency analysis of the bases with the intention of having an approximation on the situation psychosocial of the employees of the division infirmary of a Hospital of the capital city of the Province of Currents, we will present some results having in mind the axes before mentioned.
